The Fekrat Retinal Pick, 25 gauge, improves the ability to engage and lift PVR membranes in eyes with recurrent retinal detachment and PVR membranes. The angled pick, with a pyramid-shaped tip and slightly blunt nose, improves the ease of navigation in the eye. The tip design allows for the better initiation of the edge of a membrane while avoiding nicks. The instrument is designed for use in performing an ERM (Epiretinal Membrane) during a vitrectomy procedure.
