Bausch Global offers specialized custom anterior chamber maintainers (ACM) designed to maintain stable intraocular pressure and anterior chamber depth during cataract surgery, glaucoma procedures, and other anterior segment operations.

Each anterior chamber maintainer is precision-manufactured with a precisely sized infusion port, secure fixation mechanism, and Luer-lock connection for reliable BSS or viscoelastic infusion. Our ACMs are designed for easy insertion and stable positioning throughout the procedure.

Bausch Global provides anterior chamber maintainers in various sizes and configurations to accommodate different anterior segment anatomies and surgical requirements. Custom specifications are available for specialized procedures.
